What are some advantages of working from your dorm room?
For starters, when you wake up in the morning you’re already in the office. You are not under the scrutiny of a boss and most of the time you can finish a project without the constant interruptions of the work place. One now has more personal time to spend doing things you really want to do. This frees up more time for homework, study, and hanging out with friends. Working from your dorm room will also save you tons of money. You can take time off for important events such as exams.
How does working from your dorm room free more time? If you own a computer with internet access you are already at work anytime you use the computer for that purpose. Your commute time is equal to the time it takes to get from your bed to the computer. No having to get dressed. You can work in your pj’s because no one is going to see you anyway, not unless you want them to. Your project is sent to you via email and you return in the same fashion. You get paid according to the work you do or by the hour, whatever you wish.
Working this way allows you save on costs of work such as spending on, packing lunches, buying snacks, not to mention the cost of commuting to the work place (whether it be buying gas or getting on the bus or train). Some jobs will require that purchase uniforms. No such purchase is necessary because we are in our dorm room. Therefore you spend less for clothing.
Your life revolves around your life ad not work. You can sleep more if you have too. When I was in college it was always a struggle to tell my boss I need time off for exams and finals. Working home, you can take that time off without asking anyone but yourself. This is a job you can keep during the holidays, during the summer vacations, and even if you took time off from school. Unlike the college work-study programs if you are not enrolled in school you cannot continue to work. With this job I am able to work when I go the library or where ever I have reception. I have an air-card by the way. My office follows me around any time I have my lap top with me. You will make money whenever you turn on your computer and accept an assignment. You will be thought how to take paid vacation. Yes you read right! Paid vacations.
